Troy Burton is the Head of Product at Red Cell. He is the driving force behind the product vision, crafts product requirements and manages a backlog of innovative ideas while working directly with the incubations ensuring strategic success during product launches.
Mr. Burton is an accomplished product leader with over two decades of experience cultivating market challenges and orchestrating innovative solutions across Healthcare and Financial Technology.
He joins the firm from his position as Vice President of Product at Zephyr AI, where he was responsible for the product strategy and development of an AI/ML solution designed to empower healthcare providers and payers with insights into future patient health outcomes.
Prior to Zephyr AI, Mr. Burton was Vice President of Product at Rally/Optum where he was responsible for ideation and innovation of digital products within large, complex, cross functional engineering environments including but not limited to digital consumer wellness, onboarding, activation, engagement, rewards, and loyalty.
Troy holds a BA in Management Information Systems from Loras College.
